Greeting, everyone!

February is a very busy month. About twenty Seniors attended a Midland College Tour on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007. Prospective students visited the Advanced Technology Center, learned about the Admissions and Financial Aid process at MC and toured the campus to include the residence Halls. They also had lunch at the Jack Brown Dining Hall. Jeremy Martinez, a MC Admissions Advisor, and Mrs. Toth coordinated the entire informative tour!

Teachers and parents, please remind students to get a good night’s sleep and to eat a healthy breakfast so that they can perform particularly well on all their testing!

Remember college bound Juniors and Seniors, most colleges and universities require that you report scores from at least one of these national exams for admissions purposes. If you have any questions/concerns, please see me.

Mrs. Toth has college scholarship info available to all interested so stop by her office or checkout the Counselor’s Page on our school website.

College money is available in many forms so apply for financial aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov The Free Application for Federal Student aid (FAFSA) is not difficult to fill out, but you will need your tax return to fill in all the fields on the online form. Paper copies are also available in Mrs. Toth’s office.
